Biography:

Dr. Campbell earned his undergraduate degree in chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1984 and his medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in 1988. He completed a family practice residency from 1988-1991 at North Carolina Baptist Hospital (Wake Forest University School of Medicine) where he served as Chief Resident in family practice during his final year. Dr. Campbell practiced in a Wilkes County rural health clinic before returning to his native Ashe County and joining High Country Family Medicine in 1999. Dr. Campbell is Board Certified in family medicine and has attained Fellowship status in the American Academy of Family Physicians.
