Biography:
Dr. Lang earned his Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Western Maryland College in 1990. He went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine in 2000 from Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Md. Dr. Lang completed an internship in Family Practice at Womack Army Medical Center in Fort Bragg, N.C. before earning a Master of Public Health from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2002. He later completed a residency in Aerospace Medicine at the Naval Operational Medicine Institute in Pensacola, Fla. followed by a residency in Family Medicine at Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Fort Gordon, Ga. In 2016, Dr. Lang completed a Family Medicine Obstetrics Fellowship at Darnall Army Medical Center in Fort Hood, Texas.
